J.L. Ruth Electric, Inc. is a family owned business that has been serving Central Pennsylvania for 32 years. With a fleet of approximately 10 trucks, J.L. Ruth strives for excellence in all aspects of their services and works diligently to meet or exceed every customer’s needs, while providing quality and neatness of work.

Joe Ruth started working in the electrical field in 1967 and started J.L. Ruth Electric in 1979. His son, Jeff, began working with him in 1980 when he was just 11years old.

The professional services provided by J. L. Ruth Electric include new home electrical wiring and plumbing,  service work, whole house generators, bucket truck services and trenching services.

We are a fullly insured, licensed and certified business.
